My knee is better and stronger than ever

I had torn ligament in my knee. I had trouble walking up and down stairs. I couldn’t squat down and get back up on my own. This injury was preventing me from returning to exercising. Then… I got an appointment at Omni Physical Therapy with Ana.

Ana: She is one of the friendliest and helpful physical therapists I have ever met. Pretty sure she has magical powers because I could have a pain in my knee and after she worked with my knee that day, it would be gone. She is a master with nerve endings. She is very knowledgeable in her field, professional, and a lovely person.

The clinic as a whole: Everyone there was super friendly and helpful in my recovery. I feel like they were all my friends for the time I was a patient.

My recovery: After following the plan that Ana made for me, I can now get back to exercising. My knee is better and stronger than ever. I can easily walk up and down the steps, heck I could even run up and down them. I can squat down and get back up again, and now I’m even doing that with a weight on my shoulders at my gym.

Overall, I had a really great experience at this clinic with Ana. And I can finally get on with my life, I feel like My injury was holding me back.

Just amazing. Have been plagued with my issues due to a car accident for over 50yrs.

It is a miracle!!!!!

I have severe pain from nerve damage in my spinal cord plus CRPS in my foot/leg. Even with a Spinal Cord Stimulator, the pain below my knee was awful. After years of all types of various treatments and drugs, my Neurosurgeon recommended a Neurological PT. A friend recommended Omni. I’m just 3 weeks so far they have reduced the “fire” in my veins to a buzzing. It is a miracle!!!!!

Trust me, there is a reason for the continuous 5 stars!!!

Found this place through Zocdoc/Google after my fiancée needed to heal from a medial meniscus removal surgery. She went from crutches and being unable to lift her leg in the car without pain to walking without crutches in a matter of 1 month! She’s still recovering but the methods of Dr. Sam and Dr. Karen are amazing!!! They pay EXTRA ATTENTION to the point where they noticed me walking strange and I discovered I had partial Plantar Fasciitis!!! The stretches and pain conditioning they do is something I can’t describe; you need to see for yourself!! Trust me, there is a reason for the continuous 5 stars!!!

I just started and I can't stop talking about the progress I've made.

I felt different after one visit. You don’t realize how much pain you are functioning within a daily basis. After Sam worked his magic I felt 5 years younger. When I went to the gym I felt like I do so much more than I usually do. I really appreciate the holistic approach and how Sam explains how everything in the body is connected. It teaches you how to listen to your body better. I just started and I can’t stop talking about the progress I’ve made.

Sam is very skilled, and surprised me with his approach to my case. He was able to find so many contributing factors to my presenting problem (e.g., how I walk, tight muscles in other areas of my body, and asymmetries in my bone structure). I can’t say enough great things about OMNI Physical Therapy & Wellness! I initially went in for my arm, but they quickly identified that the real issue was actually coming from my neck. I’ve seen good improvements…

…my back was fixed in 2 sessions, and I’ve never had issues since”…sports related shoulder problem which is more severe and he’s been great. He has thorough knowledge of the body and explains every exercise really well to give context to why hes doing or making me do something. I’ve seen good improvements…

I was feeling better after the first visit and after the 2nd visit fully resumed all activities.

I spent a lot of time and money with another PT in the city, got a special arthogram MRI done, went to the surgeon who thankfully still recommended PT rather than surgery. Then a friend of mine strongly recommended Sam. The MRI did show a couple of tears etc. Sam focused on the symptoms and categorically told me that my symptoms were not caused by tears but muscles not engaging. I was feeling better after the first visit and after the 2nd visit fully resumed all activities.
